HypeLead is built for GDPR. The app and the database run in the EU, every campaign email links to a privacy notice and has one-click unsubscribe, and once someone unsubscribes, your workspace can no longer email them. You answer for whom you write to and what, as the sender; we answer for finding the contacts.
Privacy PolicyIt depends on the recipient's country. Czechia and Germany ask for prior consent even for company addresses; Slovakia, the UK and the US allow more, each on its own conditions. When you launch a campaign to companies in Czechia or Germany, the app warns you first and asks once per campaign, but the decision is yours.
B2B cold email and GDPR: what the law allowsNot unless you turn on autopilot. You launch every campaign and approve every reply.
The rules for business email apply the same way whether you click send or the autopilot does, and you answer for them as the sender. Everything the autopilot sends passes the same checks as your own emails, including the blocklist.
Add their address to the Blocklist in Settings right away and for good, and the app won't send it anything more from your workspace. If they ask where you got their details or want them deleted, answer within one month. For contacts you found in HypeLead, write to info@hypedigitaly.ai and we'll help you with the source.
From a business contact database, company websites and public registers, or from the company that wrote to you. If your email address isn't published anywhere, we may derive it from your company's address format and check it with your company's mail server, without sending you anything. Write to info@hypedigitaly.ai and we'll tell you where your details came from.
Privacy PolicyClick Unsubscribe in the email footer, and that sender can no longer email you through HypeLead. To block your address for every HypeLead customer or to have your details deleted, write to info@hypedigitaly.ai. We reply within one month.
Privacy PolicyYes. Every email from a campaign step the AI wrote, and every email reply the AI drafted, carries a machine-readable X-AI-Generated header.
In the EU. The app and the database with your contacts run in the European Union. Some suppliers, such as AI model providers, process part of the data outside the EU; you'll find them in the sub-processor list.
