Our clients only came through referrals
I’m Pavel.
Since 2022, my agency HypeDigitaly has been building AI tools.
Five regional governments use our AI assistants today.
Doing the work for clients was never the problem.
Finding clients was.
They only came through referrals.
We never knew when the next one would show up.
A few enquiries a month.
Then maybe three months of silence.
Our calendar was either full or empty.
And every month you don’t reach out to anyone, your competitors take the work.
Hire a salesperson?
That costs a full salary every month, and it takes months before they’re up to speed.
And realistically they reach about 10 companies a day. That’s roughly 200 a month.
Write to companies by hand?
We tried.
One good email took half an hour of research.
After a few weeks, we gave up.
So we built our own AI sales agent
We know how to build AI.
So why not make it work for us?
At the start of 2026 we built the first version.
And we pointed it at ourselves.
The AI drafted our ideal client profile from our website. We only fine-tuned it.
Then we ran one email campaign to sales directors at Czech companies.
Every company got its own personal email.
Before that, we warmed up the mailbox and checked the domain.
In its first month it found 906 contacts and sent 784 emails. 9.9% replied, and 63% of the replies were positive.
By the end of the month our calendar was full.
Roughly 30 meetings.
Why we rebuilt it
Then we rolled the first version out to clients too.
But we were doing everything for them.
It worked, but it didn’t scale.
So we rebuilt HypeLead from scratch.
We baked in everything we had learned. And everything our clients had told us.
And we set ourselves one goal.
Anyone should be able to use it, even someone who doesn’t get along with tech.
You now run the whole app by chatting with it.
You type what you want, no tedious clicking around.
Timing makes the difference
Most people buy a contact list.
They send everyone the same email.
Then they wonder why nobody replies.
❄️ A cold list
- You write to companies that don’t need you right now.
- One email for everyone.
- People push back from the first line.
- You give up after a week.
🔥 The right company at the right moment
- You write to a company that is hiring, growing or changing leaders right now.
- Every message ties in with what’s happening there.
- People can tell you actually noticed them.
- Replies come in, because what you wrote makes sense.
A buying signal is the moment a company shows, on its own, that it has a problem you can solve.
A few examples:
- A company is hiring three salespeople → it needs more meetings.
- A company just raised money → it’s about to spend.
- A company has a new sales director → they’ll change who they work with.
Write to them right at that moment.
Your message then ties in with what’s going on there right now.
Set it up in 8 steps
Here’s how you set up your AI sales agent.
It takes about 40 minutes.
After that, you just wait for the mailbox to warm up.
Before you start, be clear on three things
- What do you do better than others?
- Who exactly does it help?
- What will you offer as a small first step? A short call or a video, for example.
One sentence for each is enough. In step 1 you use them to check and fix what the AI writes.
HypeLead is in early access for now. Sign up and we’ll get in touch.
Step 1: Tell it what you do
⏱ 10 minutes
You type in your website address.
The AI sales agent reads it and writes down on its own:
- what you do and for whom,
- who your ideal client is,
- your first campaign.
You just look it over and fix whatever doesn’t fit.
Reading datalab-systems.com…
Tip: Be specific. “Agencies with 10 to 50 people in your country” works better than “small businesses”.
Done when: your company profile and ideal client are saved.
Step 2: Connect email and LinkedIn
⏱ 5 minutes + up to 14 days of warm-up
You connect your work mailbox.
It starts warming up right away.
That means for a few days it trades emails with other mailboxes.
That way, mail servers learn to trust it.
For up to 14 days, no cold email goes out.
Connecting LinkedIn is just as easy (on a paid plan).
Don’t skip the warm-up. A cold mailbox lands in spam.
Tip: Set up a second domain for outreach, for example yourcompany-mail.com. Your main domain stays safe.
Done when: your mailbox is connected and the warm-up is running.
Step 3: Find your people
⏱ 2 minutes
Just write one sentence about who you’re looking for:
“Marketing agencies in your country with 10 to 50 people that are hiring salespeople.”
The AI sales agent searches 400M+ contacts.
And shows you the ones that fit.
It also finds the right person. The owner, the managing director or the head of sales.
Not a generic info@example.com, where your message ends up at the front desk.
Done when: you have a list of companies and people.
Step 4: Keep only the hottest ones
⏱ 2 minutes
Every company gets a score from 0 to 100.
- 🔥 Hot: 75 and up
- Warm: 50 to 74
- Cold: below 50
For each one you also see why. For example, “hiring salespeople” or “industry and size fit”.
Tip: Start with the hot ones only. Better 50 companies that fit than 500 random ones.
Done when: your hot and warm contacts are saved.
Step 5: Turn on buying signals
⏱ 5 minutes
Pick what the AI sales agent should watch for:
- hiring new people,
- new money (investment, grants),
- a new person in leadership,
- public tenders.
Or describe your own signal in your own words:
“The company launched a new online store.”
Companies with a signal jump to the top of your list.
Done when: you have at least two signals turned on.
Step 6: Build your campaign
⏱ 10 minutes
You have two ways to do it.
A) Ask for it. Write to the AI sales agent in the chat:
“Set up a campaign for the hot companies on my list.”
It suggests the steps and the texts.
B) Put it together yourself. An email, a LinkedIn invite, a message, a reminder.
The AI writes every message for each person separately.
Before that, it goes through the company’s website and public sources.
If someone doesn’t reply, it sends 2 to 3 reminders.
As soon as they reply, the campaign sends them nothing more.
You can also have it stop for their colleagues at the same company.
Hello {{salutation}},
{{icebreaker}}
Following up on my last email. Is digitising production a priority for you this year?
{{signature}}
Hello Mr Daniels,
I noticed Ironside Metals is hiring engineers for AI and automation.
Following up on my last email. Is digitising production a priority for you this year?
Paul B.
Tip: Keep the first message to 60 words at most. No offer. One question.
Done when: your campaign has 3 to 4 steps and contacts in it.
Step 7: Check and launch
⏱ 1 minute
Before you launch, HypeLead checks four things:
- contacts,
- messages,
- schedule,
- sending.
If something is missing, it tells you what.
Then you press Launch yourself.
Done when: your campaign is running.
Step 8: Reply and book meetings
⏱ 10 minutes a day
Replies from email and LinkedIn land in one place.
Every interested lead is saved in the built-in CRM. None slip through.
The AI sorts them: interested, neutral, not interested.
For each one it drafts a reply.
You read it, edit it and send it.
When someone writes “Sure, let’s meet”, you agree on a time.
And the meeting is in your calendar.
12 people interested · 9 meetings · $3,000
Tip: Reply the same day. Interest cools down fast.
Done when: your first meeting is in the calendar.

Messages and prompts to copy
They work without HypeLead too.
In HypeLead, the AI writes them for each person separately.
1. First email~45 words
Subject: {{company}} and {{topic}}
Hi {{first name}},
I noticed that {{signal, for example: you’re hiring two salespeople}}.
That often means {{problem, for example: you need more meetings than the team can book}}.
We help companies like {{similar company}} with exactly that.
Could I send you a short video on how we do it?
Pavel 2. LinkedIn invite~15 words
Hi {{first name}}, I’ve been following what {{company}} is doing. I’d like to connect. 3. First LinkedIn message after they accept~20 words
Thanks for connecting, {{first name}}.
One quick question: what’s your biggest headache right now when it comes to {{topic}}? 4. Second email when nobody replies~32 words
Hi {{first name}},
one more thing about my last email.
I noticed that {{a specific observation about their company}}.
I think a 15-minute chat could be worth it. Does next week work for you? Prompt A: research before writing
Look at this company: {{website}}
And at this person’s profile: {{LinkedIn link}}
Find:
1. what the company is dealing with or changing right now,
2. one specific thing this person is working on,
3. one honest reason my offer could interest them: {{offer in one sentence}}.
Answer in 50 words or fewer. Prompt B: writing the first message
Write a first email to {{name}} at {{company}}.
What we know: {{research result}}
Rules:
- write like a person, not a company,
- mention one specific thing about them,
- no offer, no prices,
- end with one simple question,
- no exclamation marks,
- 60 words at most,
- in English, friendly but professional,
- use the name they go by. Prompt C: answering a reply
This person replied: “{{their reply}}”
Write a reply in 40 words or fewer that:
- responds to exactly what they wrote,
- mentions one similar case, if we have one: {{case}},
- suggests one next step (a short call or a video),
- sounds like a normal conversation. Work out what it could bring you
Plug in your own numbers:
If you reach companies a month, % reply, % of the replies are interested, % of those buy and a customer spends € , that works out to 24 replies, 8 meetings, 2 new customers and €4,000 in revenue a month.
An example with careful numbers:
- You reach 2,400 companies.
- 1% reply. That’s 24 people.
- A third are interested. That’s 8 meetings.
- 1 in 4 buys. That’s 2 new customers.
- A customer spends €2,000 with you. That’s €4,000 a month.
This is just an example, not a promise. It assumes a 1% reply rate. In our first month, 9.9% replied.
Your first 30 days
Day 0: setup (40 minutes)
- Go through steps 1 to 7.
- The mailbox warm-up starts on its own.
- A LinkedIn campaign (on a paid plan) can run right away.
Days 1 to 14: the mailbox warms up
- Look for more companies with a signal and save the hot ones.
- Fine-tune your ideal client based on what you see.
- Reply on LinkedIn.
Week 3: the first emails go out
- Reply the same day.
- Turn every positive reply into a meeting.
Week 4: first check-in
- Which signals brought replies?
- Which messages work, and which need a rewrite?
- Switch off what doesn’t work. Add a second campaign.
What to track: replies, positive replies, meetings. Not email opens.
Five mistakes to avoid
- A long first email. Nobody reads an essay from a stranger.
- An offer in the very first line. Ask a question first, offer later.
- A list with no signal. You’re writing to people who don’t need you right now.
- Skipping the warm-up. Your mailbox ends up in spam before you even start.
- A slow reply. If you reply three days later, the interest has often cooled by then.
Frequently asked questions
Will the AI sales agent send anything without me knowing?
You launch the campaign. After that it sends on the schedule you approved. The AI only drafts replies to people. By default, nothing goes out until you approve it.
Isn’t LinkedIn automation risky?
Any tool that acts on LinkedIn for you carries some risk. HypeLead sends within daily and weekly limits, and by default only during working hours. Nobody can promise you complete safety, and neither can we.
How much does it cost?
Sending emails costs nothing. You pay credits for the contacts you find. You’ll find exact prices on the pricing page.
Do I have to write the messages myself?
No. The AI writes them for each person separately. You look them over and can rewrite them any time.
Where is my data?
The app and the database run in the EU. Some suppliers, such as AI model providers, process part of the data outside the EU. Every campaign email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
What about GDPR?
Contacts come from a B2B contact database and public company sources. You choose whom to contact. So you are the controller for your outreach. We only process it for you. Some countries, for example Czechia and Germany, require prior consent for cold email. HypeLead warns you before you launch the campaign. Anyone who unsubscribes gets nothing more, on any channel.
